3. No Refund Policy (Primary Clause)
All payments made to FNXCE Consulting are for consulting and support services, and are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
This includes:
Consultation sessions
Documentation support
Process coordination
Advisory services
4. Exceptions (If Applicable)
A refund may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment made by the client
Payment made but service not initiated from our side
Any refund request will be reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of FNXCE Consulting.
5. No Guarantee Clause
Refunds will not be provided in case of:
Loan rejection
Application rejection (GST, ITR, registration, etc.)
Insurance or investment outcomes
Legal case outcomes
These decisions are made by third-party institutions or professionals and are beyond our control.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information
Submitting correct documentation
Cooperating during the process
No refund will be issued for delays or issues caused due to client-side errors or non-cooperation.
7. Processing Time (If Approved)
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed within 7–10 business days
The amount will be credited via the original payment method
8. Changes to Policy
FNXCE Consulting reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
